I’m Mark, head guide and founder of MSP Food Tours. I love stories, food, and building meaningful shared experiences. Having lived in the cities for much of my life, I’ve gotten to experience many of the great local eats and meet many of the folks behind them.

Born out of a desire to share great stories through the lens of food, MSP Food Tours was brought into existence to help out of town folk and locals discover and rediscover some of the foods, people, and tales that make MSP amazing.
